The Walmart Biscuit team represents over$2 billionin annual sales, making it one of Mondelēz’s largest and most strategic customers. The Customer Business Lead will manage one of our fastest growing multi-packsegments, while also supporting key brands like Ritz, Triscuit, Wheat Thins and many more powerhouse cracker brands.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Build and lead strategic relationships withWalmartheadquarters across assigned categories, creating joint business plans that drive long-term growth
  • Deliver category and customer results across revenue, share, distribution, shelving, new item authorizations, pricing
  • Develop and execute customer business plans by turning marketplace trends, customer insights, and performance data into actionable growth strategies
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to align priorities, improve forecast accuracy, and support annual business planning.
  • Create clear, compelling presentations and recommendations that influence decisions, enable strong execution, and support business growth

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in customer management, account management, retail sales management
  • Strong sales and business planning background, including forecasting, promotional planning, trade management, revenue management, and P&L management
  • Experience in category insights and category management, with the ability to turn data into actionable customer and business recommendations
  • Demonstrated customer-first mindset with the ability to build strong partnerships, internally and externally, and deliver against sales objectives
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously within a sales framework to prioritize, plan, and execute effectively

More about this role

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required,MBA preferred.

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of total sales/ BU/HQ planning,managementand customer insights experience, with preference to individuals withconsumer packagedgoods experience.Previousexperience withWalmartcustomer HQ calling is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry, category and/or Mondelēz International portfolio specific to category
  • Strong financial acumen: understanding of profit and revenue drivers and analysis
  • Proficiencyin deploying trade
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability toestablishand maintain effective relationships with Customer, gain trust and respect
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal) across all levels of an organization​​

Travel requirements: 30-40% travel required.

Work schedule: This is a full-time hybrid position based at our Sales office in Rogers, AR (3 days per week).

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In
