Charleville Branch - Customer Banking Specialist (CONTRACT) :

  • 33 hours per week

  • 8.30am - 4.00pm Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

  • 8.30am - 5.00pm Tuesday

  • 8.30am - 1.30pm Friday

  • Fixed term contract - until December 2027

As the Customer Banking Specialist in our Charleville Branch, you’ll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with, you will:

  • Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel

  • Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience

  • Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options

  • Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience

We’re interested in people who have:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality

  • Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour

  • The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence

  • A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
