Join our brand-new Rugby North Store!
We’re excited to offer the opportunity to join our team, with a range of hours and shifts available. This is your chance to play a key role in working across the store, delivering great service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. If you’re passionate, flexible and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Your weekly hours will be scheduled within an agreed availability pattern, and you’ll receive at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. Your availability and preferred hours will be discussed at interview.
When applying, please consider your preferred contract length between 12-24 hours, weekly availability and any times you are unable to work.
Our store operates 7 days a week between 6am–10pm, so we ask for around 50% additional availability (for example, a 12-hour contract would typically require 20-24 hours availability across the week). This flexibility helps us ensure we’re always there for our customers, while also working with you to find a pattern that supports a positive work–life balance.
We offer our colleagues a wide range of rewards and provide competitive benefits:
Our stores are at their busiest during the festive season, when customers are counting on us to help make this magical time of year truly special. To get our store teams ready, we have both permanent and fixed-term vacancies available so please check the contract type above before applying to make sure it is the right role for you.
We are dedicated to being a truly inclusive retailer, where every colleague can achieve their full potential, and every customer feels welcome when they shop with us.
To support this commitment, our colleagues may be entitled to a range of enhanced discretionary leave for families, as well as support for carers. We provide our colleagues resources to help them understand and support their role and their team effectively. Our internal colleague networks seek to ensure true representation for everyone, helping us identify and remove barriers that our colleagues may face.
We are proud to offer a range of development opportunities, including mentorship, training, and career progression pathways, to help our colleagues grow and succeed. We also celebrate diversity through various initiatives and events, fostering a culture of inclusion and respect. Should you require any reasonable adjustments during the application or interview stages, please let us know, and we will endeavour to support you.
