  • Build the CXC into a repeatable demand-generation asset that supports PTC Korea's revenue growth, in line with the Boston CXC model

3. Strategic Account & Partner Engagement Support

  • Support the development of strategic customer and partner relationships through coordinated CXC programming and executive hosting
  • Serve as a professional front-line contact for visiting customers and partners, reinforcing PTC's brand and value at every interaction
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align CXC and event activity with priority accounts and growth objectives

4. Customer Experience Center Operations

  • Manage bookings, facilities, and overall operation of the PTC Korea Experience Center to ensure it is always business-ready
  • Collaborate with the PTC Headquarters Experience Center (XC) team to align on best practices, content, and global standards

5. VIP Customer & Partner Experience

  • Deliver a premium, high-touch experience for visiting VIP customers and partners as a front-line representative of PTC Korea, creating positive, high-value interactions that strengthen relationships and support business development
  • Ensure every executive visit reinforces PTC's brand and value proposition, contributing to account trust and pipeline progression
