Internship Program 2027

As part of the Tetra Pak Internship Program, you'll gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that contribute to our purpose of making food safe and available, everywhere. We are offering three (3) different internships focused on Customer Analytics based in Denton, TX.

Start Date: May 31, 2027

Salary Range: $22-$25/hour

The duration of the Internship depends on the position, as specified below.

99633 – Customer Design Automation Intern

Duration: May 31, 2027 – April 28, 2028

(Full-time until August 13, then part-time max. 20 hours/week)

What you will do

In this role, you will be part of our US/CAN customer design team. Our area supports Customer Service and Design operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on data processing, continuous improvement, and productivity. The team balances daily operational support with identifying and implementing automation opportunities to simplify manual work and improve efficiency. During your internship, you will support your colleagues in ongoing automation initiatives.

As a Customer Design Automation Intern, you will:

  • Learn the team's day-to-day activities, identify automation opportunities, and help implement them.
  • Provide operational support like data handling, process improvements, and automation solutions that enhance team performance.

We believe you have

  • Suggested majors: Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Customer Experience.
  • Some experience in automation tools, reporting, or process improvement will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI (complementary training will be provided).
  • Customer Service knowledge or interest in developing Front Office Customer Service Representative (FO CSR) skills will also be important.
  • Availability for internship: May 31, 2027 – April 28, 2028, graduation must be after the internship has ended.
  • Availability of working onsite for 8 hours a day (40 hours/week) during the summer (part-time up to 20 hours/week during the school year).

99827 – Analytics (Customer Relationships and Service) Intern

Duration: May 31, 2027 – April 28, 2028

(Full-time until August 13, then part-time max. 20 hours/week)

Our area is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships. Team dynamics are centered on cross-functional collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders alike, proactive communication, and customer-focused problem solving. Team members are expected to manage multiple priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and navigate complex customer environments while maintaining a high level of accountability.

As an Analytics (Customer Relationships and Service) Intern, you will:

  • Help the team by automating daily processes to make operational workflows more productive.
  • Develop reports to support the team in managing their accounts.
  • Support the team in day-to-day activities such as creating quotations, opening service requests, and more.
  • Identify repetitive or manual tasks within the team and propose automation solutions.
  • Prepare documentation for automation processes and deliver basic training to end users.
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day activities.

We believe you have

  • Suggested majors: Business Administration, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Accounting, Economics
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Love for collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience with Excel VBA, Power BI, power Automate, SQL or Python is a plus Availability for internship: May 31, 2027 – April 28, 2028, graduation has to be after the internship has ended.
  • Availability of working onsite for 8 hours a day (40 hours/week) during the summer (part-time up to 20 hours/week during the school year).

100132 – Business Development Analytics Intern

Duration: May 31, 2027 – August 13, 2027 (full-time, 40 hours/week)

What you will do

As our Business Development Analytics Intern, you will be part of our Business Development team and focus on leveraging insights to build reports on sales activities.

As a Business Development Analytics Intern, you will:

  • Deliver potential customer intelligence
  • Map Trade Shows
  • Create Business Intelligence reports

We believe you have

  • Suggested majors: Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or similar
  • Great communication skills
  • A proactive, sales-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity for emerging trends in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) beverage space
  • Passion for understanding market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the role of social media in shaping brand perception
  • Availability for internship: May 31, 2027 – August 13, 2026, graduation must be after the internship has ended
  • Availability of working onsite for 8 hours a day (40 hours/week) during the summer
