As part of the Customer Intelligence Management team, you’ll play a vital role in advancing this movement. By truly integrating customer data and driving marketing insights, you will help to craft delightful experiences that customers have with AIA.
Support Head of Customer Enterprise Analytics and Innovation to achieve the assigned goals by leveraging customer insights from both internal customer data and external customer research.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in diving existing customer data and driving insights into marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Data Integration & Management: Combine internal customer data with associated research to create a comprehensive view of customer behavior and preferences. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing best practices for data management and analysis.

Customer Segmentation & Insight Generation: Develop and refine customer segmentation models to better understand and target key customer groups. Develop deep insights into customer needs, motivations, and trends by utilizing and analyzing multiple data sources.

Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on insights derived from data analysis.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer & marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure insights are integrated into business strategies.

Reporting: Create and present detailed reports and dashboards that communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.

Market Research: Conduct and oversee external market research projects to gather additional customer insights. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) preferred.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent knowledge and proven record in project management / execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Can work with ambiguity and mange change effectively.
