Job Description

The purpose of this position is toempower data-driven strategic decision making by turning large datainto actionable insights. Partnering with our data,product,and marketing functions, this role will manage the analysis and vision for our multi-million-dollar loyalty / personalized customer marketing efforts.This position willbuild and manage the ability to target our guests with personalizedcommunicationsand offers and to analyze the performance of thoseoffersThey will alsobe responsible fora more holistic view of loyalty program performance and the analysis of broader offer initiativesThis role is integral in driving forward our investment in a proprietary personalization function to improve both the infrastructure and individual audience targeting over 200 million consumers and householdscontainingthousands of customer attributesThe position willleverageourindustryleading platforms toinfluence marketing strategy based onadvanced analytics and insights

* This position is required onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday through Thursday

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Lifecycle Reporting and Analysis – manage the automated customer reporting platform and perform ad hoc analysis on a suite of KPI’s, including customer lifecycle (New, Reactivated,Retained, Churn) and strength of customer (Recency, Frequency, Monetary,Clumpiness) segmentation methodologies

• Loyalty Data Analysis – analyze loyalty and offer data tooptimizeand measure digital business performanceacross a variety of standard businessreports and ad-hoc requestsregardingspecific loyalty or offer behavior

Analyze customer-level data to understand customer behavior and trends to provide strategic recommendations on ways tooptimizeand refine promotional activity

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: 4 yr degree inAnalytics,Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, QuantitativeEconomicsorother relevant disciplinerequired

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of data analysis experience using SQL, R, python, and / or other advanced statistical techniques

2+ years of reporting and dashboarding experience using Tableau, Power BI, and / or other visualization software

1+years of experience with marketinganalyticsandorcustomer analytics (loyalty and lifecycle concepts). Experience working withmarketing analyticsandorcustomer analytics in hospitality, travel, retail, or consulting environments

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSor ABILITIES

• Conscientious about meeting project deadlines

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor

• Self-starter personality who canoperatewith minimal supervision

• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Preferred:

• Experience withSnowflakedatabase syntax and best practices

• Advanced SQL Excel skills

• Experience creating andmaintainingroutines and tasks to manipulate raw datatosupport automated dashboardingin TableauPowerBIor other business intelligence software

• Experience working with test & control group design to measure campaign effectiveness with statisticalsignificance

• Experience working withmulti-channel campaignengagementor marketing data sets
