training, and guide onboarding and implementation.

About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
We're looking for a Customer
Analyst to join our Hamilton-based team.

This is a full-time role, Monday to
Friday (8.00am-4.00pm), with flexible and hybrid working available.

Working closely with customers,
you'll help them get the most from Recordbase by understanding their needs,
configuring solutions, delivering training, and supporting successful
implementations.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide customer support and help desk
    assistance.
  • Gather business requirements and
    recommend practical software solutions.
  • Configure Recordbase and support
    customers through implementation and go-live.
  • Deliver training and create user
    documentation.
  • Test new functionality and champion the
    customer experience.

About you
You'll bring:

  • Experience in business analysis, software
    implementation, or a similar customer-facing technology role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication
    skills.
  • The ability to build relationships and
    manage multiple priorities.
  • A curious mindset and a passion for
    finding practical solutions.
  • Experience in the New Zealand health,
    social, or community sector (highly desirable).
  • Experience with Recordbase (an
    advantage).
