We're looking for passionate Welsh speakers to join our Customer Hwb team as Welsh Language Advisors.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support customers through a range of billing and operational enquiries across multiple channels, including telephone, webchat, email and social media. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping customers while promoting Welsh language services across the business.
