Your Everyday at Nexi

As a Customer Advisor at the 24/7 Issuing Contact Center, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in(LOCATION). Together, we work in the 24/7 Customer Service area for Issuing, providing service to cardholders and bank representatives.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Work in a 24/7 environment
• Use Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, and English languages
• Be a first-line contact for customers in card blocking, credit card invoicing, dispute and fraud questions
• Work with multiple applications in a busy environment
• Be part of a great CC team

Essential Qualifications:

• Capability to work in 24/7 environment in given schedules
• Capability to master discussions in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, and English
• Can handle all situations with professionalism and respect for customer matters
• Good team player

Bonus Skills:

• Know dispute and fraud areas.
• Good attitude
• Be accurate in all actions
