As Customer Activation Specialist, this role is about being responsible for Activation strategy deployment and tailoring of activation plans together with cluster One Demand team and local Customers. The person on this role is aimed to drive cluster EBAs and local TMAs activations, taking specifics of a local market for more customer centricity and actionability in activity development.
What are we looking for?
2+ years relevant experience in Trade/Customer/Shopper Marketing or Sales in FMCG or at Key Retailers' side
English – Upper intermediate
MS Office programs (SAP/Ariba - nice to have)
What will be your key responsibilities?
Close cooperation with cluster Demand and local Sales teams to ensure seamless execution across all key processes
Managing the execution quality of national activities at customer level
Full ownership of localized Customer Activations and customer-tailored selling stories
Managing customer-specific temporary displays and POSM production, leveraging both cluster and local toolkits
Collecting and translating local customer needs into actionable requirements, including alignment with One Demand during annual planning
Serving as the owner of Activity Booster Meetings as a critical alignment input for the S&OP+ process, as well as representative of CA function into other S&OP+ cycle forums (incl. feeders)
Managing the local Consumer Promo budget
Representing the CE CA team in assigned cross-market projects and driving cluster-level initiatives from a local perspective, ensuring consistency, collaboration, and high execution standards across markets
