What You Will Do

  • Lead customer activation initiatives to drive engagement and adoption of AI-driven training solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer success.
  • Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to optimize customer experiences and training outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment with their training needs and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and training materials to educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and product enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 3–6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or operations within a tech environment.
  • Proven experience with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, and their application in training or educational contexts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in a B2B environment, particularly within the EdTech sector.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and analytics platforms.
  • Background in project management methodologies to drive operational efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
