What is this role about?

The Customer Acquisition Specialist (CAS) is responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, following up with prospective clients, and coordinating transactions to successfully close self-generated sales. This role contributes to the company's revenue growth and business expansion by acquiring new customers, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring successful transaction closures that support sales and customer acquisition targets.

• Generate Sales leads to drive customer acquisition and sales growth
• Build Customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and conversion
• Coordinate Sales transactions to ensure timely and accurate deal completion
• Promote Company products and brand to expand market reach and generate interest
• Negotiate Sales offers to secure sales while protecting company interests
• Comply Company policies and controls to uphold governance and protect company assets

What will YOU need?

• Willingness to report to BYD showroom at least once a week
• Tech-savviness and active social media presence
• Interest in automotive products is a plus
