Role Responsibilities- Approach 100–150+ people daily- Drive Paytm app installs on the spot- Push first UPI transaction immediately- Run daily on-ground activations (markets, shops, high footfall areas)- Handle objections and close users in <2 minutes pitch- Coordinate with merchants for activation support
Must-Have Traits- High energy, aggressive communicator- Strong closure mindset (not just pitching)- Comfortable with rejection and volume hustle- Street-smart, adaptable- Fluent in Kannada + Hindi (for bangalore) & Telugu + Hindi (for Hyderabad)
Success Metrics- Daily installs- First transactions (activation rate) Qualification :- Graduation must
