Job Description

Role

The Customer Account Specialist will support different areas of our business such as purchasing, logistics, customer service, and administrative support. This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

Purchasing

• Place purchase orders for raw materials, sister companies, and other suppliers

Logistics

• Organize both inbound and outbound transport
• Update and confirming purchase orders
• Process export permissions and customs clearances with the support of an external company

Customer Service

• Manage orders for external customers
• Process merchandise demands for customer orders (offer and purchasing)
• Find relevant data sheets and drawings
• Maintain the master data

Administration support

• Office management like ordering stationary
• Coordinate medical checkups for the team
• Consolidate documents
• Post-posting/Receiving correspondence
• Book guest accommodation such as flights, hotels, transfers, and catering
• Assess various service and goods providers
• Back up other customer service team members when needed
• Proofread translations and contracts if needed
• Support the organisation of events – if possible – will be discussed case by case

Requirements

• At least 4 years of customer service experience
• Customer focus and service orientation
• Planning & organizing skills
• Self-driven, accountable
• Knowledge of SAP
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good level of English and Hungarian
