Job Description
Join Our Caring Culture at Attindas Hygiene Partners!
Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets high-quality absorbent hygiene products across healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels. We sell trusted brands like Attends, Indas, and Comfees, alongside an extensive portfolio of private label solutions for major global retailers. We seek top-tier talent to elevate our business operations and drive customer success to the next level.
Schedule: Standard Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
The Customer Account Specialist serves as the vital, data-driven bridge between Attindas Hygiene Partners, our commercial sales teams, and our primary corporate accounts. Rather than managing transactional call volumes, this highly analytical professional owns the customer lifecycle within the supply chain—leveraging data, navigating ERP systems, and monitoring logistics networks to guarantee flawless execution from order placement to final delivery. This specialist proactively diagnoses inventory, production, or shipping constraints, using advanced problem-solving skills to protect and strengthen critical client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Report Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), MS Access, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to conduct data analysis, interpret supply chain metrics, and proactively generate actionable reports to maintain optimum service levels.
- End-to-End Order Management: Oversee and execute the accurate entry of customer orders into Oracle ERP. Monitor and manage orders within the end-to-end supply chain network to ensure reliable, on-time delivery; process EDI transmissions 2 to 3 times daily.
- Proactive Supply Chain Advocacy: Review the daily impact of incoming order volumes against production capacity and shipping constraints. Partner cross-functionally with scheduling, logistics, and transportation to balance flow and quickly resolve operational outages.
- Strategic Client Communication: Position yourself as the primary point of contact for premier accounts. Proactively communicate potential delivery delays, product supply shifts, or transit barriers, offering strategic alternatives rather than reactionary updates.
- Logistical Problem Solving: Research, troubleshoot, and independently resolve complex customer inquiries, disputes, returns, and delivery complaints by aligning with internal plant resources and enforcing commercial guidelines fairly.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in supply chain process optimization efforts. Utilize EtQ CAPA software to track issues, implement preventative solutions, and document best practices for your assigned accounts.

- Systems Knowledge: Direct experience working within an enterprise ERP network (Oracle environment is highly preferred).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal, telephone, written, and oral communication skills; strong collaborative mindset required to build relationships across plant departments.
