Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for a dynamic Customer Account Manager (Cash Management EMEAI) to join our team in Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany.

Aufgaben und Auswirkungen:

  • Als Accounts Receivable Specialist bist du für die eingehenden Zahlungen der Forderungen eines bestimmten Kundenstamms zuständig und arbeitest hierfür eng und vertrauensvoll mit unseren Sales Teams zusammen

  • Für deinen Betreuungsbereich verantwortest du das Berichtswesen zur konzernweiten Liquiditätssicherung (bestehend u.a. aus Cash Forecast, Ageing Reviews sowie wöchentlichen globalen Fälligkeitsüberwachungen)

  • Im Rahmen des Debitorenmanagements betreust du unsere Kunden und stehst ihnen bei Fragen zur Seite

  • Du stellst ein nachhaltiges und ordnungsgemäßes Mahnwesen sicher

  • Zudem unterstützt du aktiv die fortlaufende Weiterentwicklung der Prozessabläufe

Grundlegende Qualifikationen (Erforderliche Kenntnisse/Erfahrung):

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Debitorenbuchhaltung, Forderungsmanagement o.ä. mit

  • Du hast Freude an der direkten also auch schriftlichen Kommunikation, in der du deine praxiserprobten Englischkenntnisse und Deutsch zum Einsatz bringen kannst

  • Ein routinierter Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket, insbesondere Excel, erleichtert dir deine tägliche Arbeit

  • Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung sind für dich selbstverständlich

  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen (Erwünschte Kenntnisse/Erfahrung):

  • Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten

  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in multinationalen Teams

Your role as Customer Account Manager in Cash Management with Boeing:

This is fixed term opportunity.

Job Responsibilities and impact:

  • You manage your designated customer portfolio and are responsible for all cash receipts for the respective receivable positions.

  • You closely work together with your related business partners in Sales

  • For your support area, you will be responsible for reporting to secure liquidity throughout the Group (including cash forecasts, ageing reviews and weekly global maturity monitoring)

  • As part of accounts receivable management, you look after our customers and assist them with questions

  • You ensure a sustainable and proper dunning process

  • In addition, you actively support the continuous development of the process flows

Basic Qualifications (Required skills/experience):

  • You have successfully completed commercial training and have initial professional experience in the field of accounts receivable, receivables management or similar

  • You enjoy direct as well as written communication, in which you can use your tried and tested English and German skills

  • An experienced handling of the MS-Office package, especially Excel, makes your daily work easier

  • Accuracy, reliability and service orientation are a matter of course for you

  • Negotiation skills and teamwork skills round off your profile

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated experience in multinational teams
