How you’ll power our business as a Customer Account Manager
Are you a commercially minded account manager who enjoys building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Customer Account Manager to maximise commercial sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience through consultative selling, account management, cross-selling, upselling and new customer acquisition.
In this role, you'll balance customer retention and profitability by managing a portfolio of commercial customers, identifying growth opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Working within a quality-focused environment, you'll play a key role in exceeding customer expectations through professional communication, collaboration and outstanding service.

What you’ll be doing
Managing a portfolio of commercial customers to maximise sales, retention, volume and margin growth.
Building strong customer relationships through proactive account management and consultative selling.
Handling inbound customer enquiries across multiple channels.
Identifying and securing upselling, cross-selling and new business opportunities.
Negotiating pricing to maximise profitability.
Investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints.
What we’ll need from you
Proven experience in telephone sales and consultative selling.
Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and organised approach.
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
