Williams Machinery is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator—a relationship-driven, highly organized professional who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences for our most strategic clients.

You’ll be the go-to operational partner for major accounts, ensuring every detail—from service coordination to invoicing—is handled seamlessly. You’ll work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Rentals, and Finance, keeping customers informed, issues resolved, and relationships strong. This is a high-visibility role where your impact is felt every day.

Based in Surrey | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week
