As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building sophisticated applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing end-to-end application pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies to enhance system capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable AI application pipelines for both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience integrating generative AI models and deep learning techniques into production systems.
• Ability to develop and optimize neural network architectures and chatbot frameworks.
• Familiarity with image processing algorithms and their application within AI solutions.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver robust AI-driven products.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
