Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that align with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize productivity and quality.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, coding standards, and testing procedures.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
• Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project deliveries.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining high code quality and performance.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
