As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire process from initial design to final delivery, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with the broader business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to meet project objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Good hands-on working experience with the D365 Finance, SCM and WMS
Candidate must have F&O Testing experience
Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test case creation, Test Execution Plan & coordinating with Technical team
Collaborate with stakeholders and onshore team on daily basis
Having exposure on Azure DevOps

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
