As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards that promote maintainability, scalability, and optimal performance of software solutions, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical efforts with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
