As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards and maintaining high-quality outputs that support scalability and optimal performance, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical efforts with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom software development.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across multiple projects.

Additional Information:
