As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to support successful project outcomes.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative, practical solutions.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and tools to maintain code integrity and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
