Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system scalability.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Front Office Finance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within financial services environments.
- Ability to lead and manage software development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery timelines.
- Experience in performance tuning and scalability optimization of complex software systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect custom solutions with existing enterprise platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Murex Front Office Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
