Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide guidance to resolve technical challenges promptly.
- Support the growth and development of junior team members by providing mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance custom software solutions within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and development lifecycle management.
- Ability to enforce coding standards and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA platforms.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate software components effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
