Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote understanding and collaboration.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects.
• Ability to manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
• Skilled in using project management tools to track progress and report status.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
