Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts, managing technical details, and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration with team members to ensure the successful delivery of tailored software solutions that meet project requirements and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document development processes and provide training or support to team members as needed.
• Assist junior professionals in understanding project goals and technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience with application design, configuration, and integration within complex environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance application functionality.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
• This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
