Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components, designing solutions tailored to client needs, and writing code to implement these designs. The role includes testing the developed components to ensure quality and functionality. Additionally, the engineer dedicates time to maintaining existing software, enhancing features, and developing new functionalities to meet evolving requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and adapting to multiple client environments are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions are robust and aligned with project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities within complex codebases.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
• This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
