Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that software solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding client expectations and adapting applications accordingly, fostering seamless integration and optimal performance within the business environment. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application functionalities and troubleshoot issues is a key aspect of daily activities, contributing to the overall success of the project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely resolution of challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of database design principles and best practices related to Oracle databases.
• Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable PLSQL code to support complex business logic.
• Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing PLSQL code for high availability systems.
• Familiarity with integrating PLSQL procedures and functions within larger software applications.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
• This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
