As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to project requirements. This role requires taking ownership as the main liaison for the project, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that the application solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the project forward while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data management and integration techniques.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
