As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Throughout the day, the engineer balances hands-on development tasks with strategic planning and coordination to drive the project forward effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Data Governance.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based analytics solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and visualization techniques within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of analytics services and related applications.
- Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in cloud analytics platforms.
