Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Support the design and development of custom software applications tailored to business needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.
- Experience with configuring and customizing talent management modules within enterprise software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with integration tools and APIs to connect talent management systems with other business applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex application challenges.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Talent Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
