- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project objectives and deliverables with business priorities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to design and implement workflows, business rules, and client scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques such as REST and SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to IT service management solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
