As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Utilizing modern development methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering efficient and scalable software that supports organizational goals while adapting to changing project demands and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet specific business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in debugging and optimizing SAP applications for enhanced performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years of full time education is required.
