As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The engineer acts as the central figure in managing application delivery and maintaining seamless communication across different groups to achieve project goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and resolve any technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in QlikView.
- Strong experience in designing and developing business intelligence dashboards and reports.
- Ability to optimize data models and improve application performance.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and ETL processes related to QlikView.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in QlikView.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
