As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design solutions tailored to client requirements, write and test code to ensure it meets quality standards, and perform ongoing maintenance and enhancements to improve application performance. Collaboration with different teams and managing multiple client projects simultaneously are integral parts of the role, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong command over scripting techniques to automate and streamline processes in Unix environments.
- Ability to debug and optimize shell scripts for enhanced performance and reliability.
- Experience in integrating shell scripts with other software components and databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required, preferably BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE.
