Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Role Focus:
Strategy, solution design, and complex integration. This candidate acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery, often leading the transition from Solution Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Roadmap: Define the ALM strategy for clients moving from on-premise (SolMan) to Cloud ALM.
Advanced Operations: Lead the configuration of Business Process Monitoring, Real User Monitoring, Synthetic user Monitoring and Job & Automation Monitoring.
Integration: Design and manage the toolchain integration (e.g., connecting CALM with Jira, ServiceNow, or Tricentis Tosca via APIs).
Governance: Establish release management and deployment orchestration workflows. Ensure audit trails and traceability across the lifecycle.
Mentorship: Act as the technical lead for Level 10 consultants and provide best-practice guidance to the PMO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ALM Expertise: 6+ years in SAP ALM (including Solution Manager 7.2) with 3+ years specifically in Cloud ALM.
Leadership: Experience leading at least 2 full-cycle implementations or S/4HANA conversions using CALM.
API Knowledge: Understanding of SAP API Business Hub for extending CALM capabilities.
Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and ability to conduct Transformation workshops for C-level leadership.
