As an Oracle Cloud Service Excellence Lead, candidates should have a proven track record in leading large-scale, complex, multi-technology (primary being Oracle Cloud) implementations, transformations, and migrations as Service / Process excellence specialist.
Should have been the process champion in driving the adoption of TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, ensuring adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards. This role is critical for turning around RED /AMBER projects requiring the ability to assess the current state, define recovery solutions, and execute recovery plans with minimal impact on cost, schedule, and scope.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Service Excellence Lead
Ensure adherence to Accenture s delivery methodologies, quality standards, tools
Lead from front defining and driving alongside delivery team for adoption of TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, process standards and tools adoption
Drive project governance, process compliance, contract (SOW) compliance, risk management, and process compliance
Led Steering Committees, weekly executive connects
Provided strategic and hands-on leadership to address challenges across programs
Proactively identify delivery risks and implement preventive or corrective actions
Ensure compliance with internal audits, InfoSec requirements, and quality gates
2. Stakeholder Management
Built and maintained trust with internal and external stakeholders through structured communications, governance routines, and proactive engagement
Led Steering Committees, weekly executive connects, and status reviews to ensure transparency, alignment, and stakeholder confidence
3. Innovation & Thought Leadership
Deep understanding of Agile and SI delivery principles with a focus on transformation excellence, governance
Leveraging Agentic AI / Gen AI to automate the repetitive tasks
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SI programs
20 years total experience, with 15+ years in Service excellence in Oracle SI programs. Of these 15 years at least 7 years should be in Oracle fusion / Cloud as Service Excellence Lead
Hands on Experience in at least two major Oracle Solutions SI Programs as turn-around Delivery specialist
Hands-on techno-functional consultant in at least 2 of Oracle fusion modules
Additional Information:
PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification Relevant platform certifications Oracle
A 16-year full-time education is required
