As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in application development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and implement solutions based on emerging tech areas such as AI&ML, GenAI, Agentic Ecosystem, Immersive technologies (AR/VR), Edge Computing etc. Rapid MVP and Prototypes solutions to deliver innovative outcomes.

Professional Skills:
o Strong Technical Architecture skills
o Ability to learn, adapt and implement new & niche solutions rapidly
o Excellent knowledge on Emerging technologies
o Excellent GenAI and Agentic technologies skills
o Strong Data foundations. Knowledge of RAG, Agentic Communications
o Good Cloud platforms skills (AWS/Azure/Google)
o Strong analytics, problem solving skills
o Knowledge Immersive, Robotics, Quantum, Blockchain and other emerging tech areas

Technology Skills:
o AI & ML, GenAI, RAG, Agentic Architectures, GenAI Design Patterns, Enterprise Architectures
o Fast learner and quick adapter
o Strong Communication and collaboration
o Strong Decisioning and Negotiating skills

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Experience Level: 12-15 years, with 6+ years as an Architect
- A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
