As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications developed effectively support organizational goals, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands. Creativity and problem-solving are integral as the engineer crafts solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise software applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes related to application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
