We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Software Engineer – System Connectivity to support enterprise applications, infrastructure operations, and security initiatives. The role involves working across application lifecycle management, system hardening, automation, and support activities in a regulated, enterprise environment. Candidates should have strong fundamentals in Java, operating systems, security, and infrastructure tasks, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities / Mandatory Technical Skills:
1. Java (Mandatory): Application development, troubleshooting, and maintenance
2. Access Control & Security: User access management, role-based access control, security compliance
3. Security Hardening:
i. System hardening rules implementation
ii. User removal and privilege cleanup
iii. Penetration test findings remediation
iv. Systems & Platforms
4. Linux / Unix: Command-line operations, system administration, troubleshooting
5. Windows: Server and desktop-level administration
6. Oracle Database: Basic administration, querying, and application-level interaction
7. ServiceNow: Incident, change, and service request handling DevOps & Infrastructure
8. DevOps & Automation: CI/CD exposure, scripting, automation mindset
9. Application Lifecycle Management: Deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning
8. Backup, Recovery & Rollback: Data protection, restore procedures, rollback planning
10. Infrastructure Tasks: System monitoring, maintenance, and operational support

Extended Technical Skills (Optional – Training Provided)
1. Siemens Capital deployment and maintenance (or similar enterprise tools)
2. Visual Basic Scripting
3. Application Support across L1 / L2 / L3 levels

Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies
1. Understanding of Semiconductor Industry fundamentals (or willingness to learn)

Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Engineering graduate in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields
2. Exposure to enterprise environments, production systems, or application support is a plus
3. Willingness to learn domain-specific tools and processes
