We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Architect to lead the design and development of our automated test framework and continuous testing strategy.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Robot Framework, Python, and Azure DevOps, with hands-on experience automating ERP systems.
Mandatory to have:

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Browser Library.
Implement BDD-style test cases with parameterized, keyword-driven, and modular architecture.
Write robust automation utilities and test flows in Python.
Automate end-to-end test scenarios for ERP systems
Integrate and manage test pipelines using Azure DevOps and related Azure services.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams using Git (branching, merging, pull requests, and reviews).
Build, enhance, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for scalable test execution and reporting.
Support the Test automation team and drive continuous improvement in automation strategy, code quality, and maintainability.
Requirements
Proven experience in Robot Framework, Python, and Browser Library.
Strong understanding of BDD, parameterization, and modular keyword-driven design.
Practical experience in ERP automation (e.g. web-based ERP modules, API testing).
Proficient in Azure DevOps, including pipeline configuration and cloud automation.
Strong command of Git workflows and version control best practices.
Familiarity with Azure fundamentals (VMs, storage accounts, networking).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
AI in Test Automation
Knowledge of performance testing principles (load, stress, scalability) or security test automation (API security checks, vulnerability scanning)15 years full time education
