This role leads end-to-end delivery of embedded system solutions integrated with mobile applications. It combines strong delivery governance, requirement analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure reliable, high-quality product outcomes that meet business and user expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage complete project lifecycle for embedded and mobile app solutions — from requirement analysis to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure seamless design integration and on-time delivery.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clear requirement traceability and alignment.
- Drive predictive or adaptive project execution, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies through tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Conduct regular design and technical reviews to prevent design leakage and address integration challenges early.
- Enhance regression and performance test coverage to mitigate quality risks during the product acceptance phase.
- Ensure delivery quality and compliance across firmware, hardware, and mobile platforms to meet customer expectations.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement, resulting in higher reliability and user satisfaction.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Embedded System Engineering.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages relevant to embedded systems.
- Familiarity with hardware-software integration and testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize embedded systems for performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Advanced Embedded System Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
