What You'll Do as a Custom Cabinet Installer

• Install custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, built-ins, shelving, panels, moldings, and related cabinetry components according to project plans and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials for precise installations and clean, professional finishes.
• Assemble and secure cabinets, trim, and finish carpentry components on-site.
• Inspect completed installations and make adjustments or repairs as needed to deliver high-quality finished work.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and customers to make sure each project meets expectations.
• Protect floors, walls, countertops, and other finished surfaces while keeping customers' homes clean and respectful throughout the installation.
• Maintain your tools and equipment while following company safety practices and installation standards on every job.
• Travel to job sites, typically within a three-hour radius of New Holland, and complete installations as part of a skilled trades team.

Our Ideal Custom Cabinet Installer

• Experienced Craftsperson: At least 1 year of cabinet installation, finish carpentry, trim carpentry, millwork, remodeling, or related construction experience is preferred; we're willing to train the right candidate with strong woodworking or construction aptitude.
• Skilled Installer: Able to accurately measure, level, scribe, fit, fasten, and adjust cabinetry and read cabinet layouts, shop drawings, job notes, and basic construction plans.
• Hands-On Professional: Comfortable using common installation tools and able to lift up to 100 lbs., bend, kneel, climb, reach, carry pre-assembled cabinets, and work in tight spaces.
• Reliable Driver: Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and is comfortable traveling to job sites throughout Southeastern PA and surrounding areas.
• Problem Solver: Able to troubleshoot field conditions, communicate issues early, and take pride in clean, precise finished work.
• Respectful Team Member: Represents our company well in customers' homes, communicates clearly, shows up consistently, and aligns with our Christ-centered company culture.

What We Offer Our Custom Cabinet Installer

• Pay: $30-$40/hour DOE
• Health Insurance
• Paid Time Off: 1 week the first year, plus 1 additional day each year

• Schedule: Full-time, 50+ hours/week, starting between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m.
