MFA Incorporated has partnered with North Central Missouri College in Trenton to provide a one-year certificate in Agriculture Operations Technology. MFA-sponsored students in this program will receive hands-on education, preparing them for a career in fertilizer and crop protection applications.

Students will learn in-depth skills from elite educators and MFA industry professionals. This program will specialize in sprayers, spreaders, mechanics, agronomy, safety, compliance, and true customer partnering. This program will equip students with the advanced knowledge, training, and confidence they need to succeed as skilled agricultural custom applicators.
This one-year certificate will consist of one fall semester (August-December) and only eight weeks in the classroom during the spring semester (January-March). For the final eight weeks (March-May), MFA-sponsored students will complete an internship with MFA staff at a retail location.
