The Mission

As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate and maintain application and support equipment
• Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations
• Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop
• Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)

Required qualifications/skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep
• Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset
• Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting
• Valid driver's license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat)
