Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

Responsible for performing general maintenance duties throughout the center.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.
• Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture.
• Performs minor building construction tasks.
• Performs interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments.
• Attends required staff training sessions as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum High school diploma or High School Equivalency. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.

Preferred One year or more work-related experience.

Knowledge Must possess a valid State driver’s license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
