General Purpose: Maintain physical plant's interior and exterior in a clean and sanitary manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Remove all refuse from the interior of the plant and dispose of properly Use chemicals to sanitize and clean employee and costumer restrooms, break rooms, offices and Chalet (DFA Store). Maintain cleanliness of exterior of plant, includes mowing and weed control Manage inventory levels of Sanitation, Safety, GMP, Cleaning items Follow all Dairy Farmers of America GMP's and Work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory quality, sanitation and safety requirements. Follow all safety regulations Perform related duties as required or requested

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Experience Requirements
Preferred: one year experience in the similar field
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to carrying out instructions.
Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and writing, and communicate with fellow employees.
Firmly adheres to the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America. Exhibits honesty, discretion, and sound judgment.
Able and willing to perform tasks and duties with limited supervision
Maintains a positive "can do" outlook and customer service oriented
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Sitting, standing, kneeling, bending
Walking, bending arms, wrists, fingers, twisting/turning of head, shoulders, and torso
Fine motor skills associated with laboratory measurement.
Must have sufficient use of eyes, ears, nose and full power of speech.
Work involves inside and outside of plant.
Not continuously exposed to any disagreeable environment, but may be exposed to noise, water, heat and fumes during the normal workday.
